Terms and Conditions
Uniqlean services can be ordered via telephone, email or our website and by placing an order the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The client agrees to outline tasks to be completed and provide cleaning materials and equipment required to complete the work unless alternative arrangements have been made during the initial consultation with Uniqlean.

All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. The cleaner should have access to hot water and power provided by the client. All fragile or breakable items should be secured or removed.

The company does not take any responsibility for any loss, expenses or damage caused by any act or omission of the introduced cleaner. Uniqlean services are insured by full public liability cover.

Payment must be made by the client within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. There is a 10 booking fee which must be paid by the client if payments are not received within this time. There is NO UP FRONT PAYMENT due by the client and an invoice will be issued once cleaning work has been completed. Regular clients will be required to enter into a contract and will be invoiced by the company on a monthly basis.

The client will be notified by telephone or in writing whichever is appropriate, if there is any change in cleaner providing services to the client.

The client agrees not to directly employ or offer work to any cleaner introduced by Uniqlean, as this will be a direct breach of this agreement. If the client wishes to directly employ or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner a referral fee of 500 must be paid to the company.

In case of a complaint, Uniqlean requires to be notified within 24 hours after the cleaning work has been completed. Claims will not be considered after the above time limit. In the event of a complaint the client must allow a cleaner to return to the property and re-do the clean at no extra charge.

A service can be cancelled or re-scheduled by the client for FREE by giving at least 24 hours notice. If notification is not received on time Uniqlean reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the quoted price. The cancellation notice period for contracted regular cleaning is 14 days.

Uniqlean reserve the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.
